From groundbreaking to final walk-through, most BKA BUILDERS, Inc. builds take 7 to 10 months depending on plan, finishes, weather, and inspections. Design and lot prep happens before that. We give you a realistic, dated timeline at your free consultation.
No. BKA BUILDERS, Inc. starts with our own proven plans, refined across hundreds of builds. You can customize finishes, layouts, and selections within those plans. If you already have an architect's plan, bring it — we'll review it and tell you honestly what we can and can't do with it.
